Believed to be Seen

Good Evening!
I just had to post another card, this was fun tonight.

I am talking on the computer with my friend, and making a card, candles are going, and hot chocolate is pretty tasty.
So this was a fun sketch from Pal Paper Arts #70. I sure like this sketch, my friend Lori had done it this morning, she has done a wonderful job, go check hers out and then go to Pal Paper Arts and play along, very fun sketch. Then the wonderful color combo over at Picture Perfect Creations #40, this was fun, at first I was like wow, this will be bright, it is, but I like it. Make sure you go over there and give those DT's a little love, they are awesome over there!

Thanks for the inspiration to create a card Lori, yours are wonderful!

Flourishes Winter Bouquete

Good Afternoon all, and I do hope you are enjoying your Sunday, and if you are a Canadian and love the sport of football, I would think you would be happy to have the Grey Cup starting soon in Edmonton. Enjoy your game. I know I will be making food for the guys, but other than that, I will be in here craftn'. The guys can have their game, and I can have my crafts.
Today I didn't follow a challenge, I am sure there is some out there, but I didn't go looking. I seen the Flouishes website and their gallery had seen some wonderful coloring, and so I snagged one from there, this was fun, I colored last night, but not with Copics, I do enjoy my Stampin' UP markers. I do know that with the Copics it would have turned out much differently. I am taking a Copics class in December, so maybe I will find I will change my mind. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your day, doing whatever makes you happy, I know I am!

Life is Good

Good Evening, another cold one out there tonight, but darn hot in here, might need shorts and t-top soon. I didn't do what I thought I was going to do today, but this worked out better I think. I have had these canvas frames for awhile now, and just wasn't sure what to do with them, so when Brian (hubby) and I was out and all dressed up in October, we got our friends to take these photos. It was fun, as Brian just tilted his head at the right time. He was being silly just before that though, like normal. I am not completely finished with these, I have the hinges for them yet, and then I will take another shot of them. Anyway, have a great night. Do something you like, and stay warm.

4 Crafty Chicks Sympathy #11

Another cool one this morning, I think we will wake up to snow soon, but so far, just frosty, and cooler each day. We are going out to finish up the wood at my parents, going to be bundling up with lots of warm clothes today. I have all my Christmas cards done, well made now, just have to write in the insides and do the envelopes. But that won't be too bad. Hope you are having a nice morning.

Today's Challenge for me is bitter sweet, not sure if our wonderful friend, Melissa at 4 Crafty Chicks picked this Sympathy Challenge for the 11th of November or, it was a fluke, but I am so glad she did. They are hard to make, but this one is for my nephew's wife, she lost her grandfather this past weekend, so I hope in some way it helps her out, and to give us a sense of Remembrance on this 11th day of the 11th month. Take time to remember the ones you know and lost or even the ones you don't know, but have put their lives out there for our freedom. WE are truly blessed. Thanks for stopping by, and take a moment to remember!

Christmas Meets Glitter

Good Afternoon, I was working then just needed to craft, another great reason I work from home.
I seen this card design on Splitcoaststampers, so if anyone knows who made the orginal one, please let me know, so I can give credit to her. I just can't remember where I was to find this masterpiece.
Anyway, I bought the new Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up! and fell in love with all of it. I am making 65 cards this year, and only have 15 left. So this one I made extra fun. I used some stickles and played, also some Crystal Effects. Was fun.
Hope you are enjoying your afternoon. Now I better go make some supper, hubby should be home soon. Thanks for stopping by!
